Penne with ghebe

In a pot put boiling water together with salt and oil.

When it starts to boil, add the pasta and let it boil for 8-10 minutes.

Then we drain them and pass them under a stream of cold water.

Heat the sauce in a pan, then add the pasta and mix.

When serving we can add parmesan.
