Minced meat roll

Minced meat roll

Spread the mixture of minced meat on an aluminum foil, place the eggs, cheese and pickles, roll tightly and put the meat (without foil!) In a pan greased with oil.

Put the tray in the oven and leave until the roll is browned. I didn't look at my watch but I think I left it for about an hour.

This minced meat roll can be served with a garnish or simply as an appetizer.

He goes with a glass of beer. ;)

Carefully selected, fat-free pieces of pork are rich in B-group proteins and vitamins (thiamine, niacin, vitamins B 6 and B12) that play an important role in the healthy functioning of the body. Keep in mind that pork is on the list of energy foods due to its nutritional content and effect on metabolism, as it maintains a feeling of satiety for a long time.

Ingredient:

For the meat composition:
800g minced pork
1 or raw
granulated garlic, basil, salt, pepper, vegeta, paprika, green parsley, chilly to taste
4 slices of bread
Milk for softening bread
Frying oil

For the filling:
500g mushrooms
4 hard boiled eggs
8 triangles of melted cheese
Salt, pepper, vegeta, to taste
Frying oil

Method of preparation:
Put the minced meat in a bowl, season with granulated garlic, dried basil, salt, pepper, vegeta, paprika and parsley, to taste. We add 1 raw egg to the composition.

Put a little cold milk in a plate, soak the 4 slices of bread, squeeze them, grind them as much as we can, add them over the meat composition and mix and knead everything very well until it becomes a pasty composition. Season with chilly and mix enough to incorporate the spice into the composition.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and put them in a frying pan with oil. Season with salt, pepper, vegeta, to taste.

After the mushrooms have hardened, drain them in a strainer. When they have drained, we pass them in a bowl and we pass them with the blender until they become a puree. Put boiled eggs on a large grater, and add them over the mushroom puree and mix until smooth.

When we have the two compositions ready, we move on to filling the roll.
We take the meat composition and spread it by hand on a foil, until we form a rectangular blanket, uniform with a thickness of about one centimeter. Spread the composition of mushrooms with egg over the meat blanket.
Unwrap the melted foil cheeses and place them one after the other over the filling, as close as possible to the edge from where we start rolling the roll.
After we have placed all the ingredients properly, we start to roll easily with all the foil. Then we gently detach the foil from the meat composition and continue rolling, taking care to roll as tightly as we can. After rolling, gently tighten the ends of the roll so that the filling does not come out when baking.

Put the roll in an oil pan, grease the roll with a brush soaked in oil and put it in the oven for about 1 hour, over low heat. Towards the end we can eventually enlarge the flame to catch a beautiful crust. During baking, grease the roll from time to time with oil.

We can serve the roll both hot & # 8211 next to a garnish, and cold & # 8211 as an appetizer.

Minced meat roll, stuffed with eggs and onions & # 8211 a tasty and nutritious food

Today I recommend a tasty and nutritious roll recipe. With such a roll you can impress any guest. The recipe is explained step by step in the lines below.

Ingredient:

Ingredients for the filling:

Method of preparation:

Put the minced meat in a bowl. Whether we use beef, pork or chicken, it would be good to chop it at home, because it is much tastier than the one bought in the store. Add an egg, salt and spices. Mix well.

We are preparing the filling. Boil the eggs, let them cool a bit, then peel them. We cut them as small as possible.

Peel an onion, finely chop it and fry it in hot oil. Add the fried onion to the chopped egg. We also add green onions and finely chopped parsley.

We spread a food foil on the worktop. Grease it with oil and place the minced meat on top. Spread the minced meat in a rectangular sheet. Put the filling on top and spread it evenly.

Using foil, roll the stuffed meat so as to obtain a roll. Put the roll in a baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake the roll for 40-50 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Baking time may vary from oven to oven, so it's a good idea to check the roll from time to time. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool. We then cut it into slices and serve it with our loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!

Minced meat roll with vegetables and cheese

Minced meat roll with vegetables and cheese. A festive meatball cooked in the oven, filled with vegetables saute in a pan. Very tasty! A kind of pork tenderloin with vegetables, meatloaf (as the Americans call him) or fasirt (Faschiertes) as we call it in Transylvania.

I made the minced meat roll with vegetables and cheese for a lunch during the week. It is very tasty both hot (with a mashed potato or plain rice and a assorted salad or pickles) and cold the next day. After complete cooling, the roll can be cut into very thin slices that look very good and can be placed on a snack plate or that can find their place in a sandwich or picnic basket. It can successfully replace and block of honey for Easter (for those who do not eat lamb). If you don't feel like complicating yourself with rolling, you can make this stuffed meatball in the form of a terrine: place a layer of meat in a heat-resistant dish, put the vegetables and cheese and cover with the rest of the meat. - I did something like that here.

Sauteed vegetables from the filling are prepared according to this recipe. You can use carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, peppers, corn, onions, peas, green beans (pods), etc. They can be fresh or frozen. Maybe you made a bigger amount of vegetables in the pan and you have a few left… Here's a good idea for recycle their's! You can also use only scalded or steamed vegetables but they no longer have the same fine taste.

The minced meat composition from this roll is exactly what I make it for simple meatballs: minced pork or mixed with beef, garlic, onion, raw eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, ground cumin and soaked bread crumbs. It's my mother's recipe. Of course you can use your own meatball recipe but don't forget to season the composition well! Nobody really likes faded meatballs…

From the quantities below we obtained a roll of minced meat with vegetables and cheese of approx. 40 cm long and with a diameter of about 7 - 8 cm, enough for 8 -10 servings. I told you that it is good in 2 days (kept in the fridge) so there is no waste.

What to prepare minced meat! Three recipes that you will fall in love with!

Let's prepare 3 interesting and equally tasty meatball variants. They love them all, from small to large! When meatballs look special, they are much more appetizing. The fillings are diverse and the meatballs are also different in appearance.

1. Nests

How fragrant these meatballs are and how good they look! The filling looks appetizing and entices you to taste it as soon as possible!

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 570-600 gr of minced meat (mixture)

& # 8211 2 tablespoons semolina (I used semolina - durum wheat semolina)

& # 8211 ground black pepper - to taste.

For the filling:

& # 8211 100 gr of fermented cream or dense natural yogurt

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the minced meat: pass through the mincer 2/3 of the chicken breast, 1/3 of the chicken leg and onion in proportions of 100 gr for 500 gr of minced meat.

2. In the bowl with minced meat and onion, add semolina, salt, black pepper and mix well. Leave the mince to swell the semolina.

3. Chop the dill, add the garlic given by the press, cream, egg, 1 pinch of salt and cheese given through the large grater. Stir until the filling is smooth.

4. Line the tray with baking paper, form balls of 150-170 g of minced meat, place them on the tray and make a hole with the teaspoon, which you periodically soak in water, or with the base of a glass.

5. Fill the nests with the cheese composition. We got 4 big meatballs, but you can make more and smaller ones.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.

2. Meatballs with quail eggs and vegetables

These meatballs look very nice. The yolk remains liquid, and in combination with cooked vegetables and meat the taste is great!

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 400 gr minced meat (mixture)

& # 8211 1½ tablespoons semolina (I used semolina - durum wheat semolina)

For the filling:

& # 8211 ground black pepper - to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In the bowl with minced meat and onion, add semolina, salt, black pepper and mix well. Leave the mince to swell the semolina.

2. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, tomatoes - small cubes, chop the greens and mix all ingredients.

Advice. You can season the vegetables with a little salt, but in this case, they will leave too much juice.

3. Form the meatballs in an oval shape, place them on the tray lined with baking paper, make a hole with the teaspoon periodically soaked in water and fill the boats obtained with vegetables.

4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.

5. Then take them out, release the middle of the filling with a teaspoon, add the quail eggs to the pan, season everything with salt and black pepper and put the meatballs back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

3. Meat roll with carrot and egg

The slices of roll look festive and handsome! Brightly colored carrot with egg pieces and delicious meat! An exceptional dish that must be tried!

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 600 gr minced meat (mixture)

& # 8211 2 tablespoons semolina (I used semolina - durum wheat semolina)

For the filling:

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In the bowl with minced meat and onion, add semolina, salt, black pepper and mix well. Leave the mince to swell the semolina.

2. Cut the onion and eggs into cubes, pass the carrot through a large grater.

3. Fry the onion in the pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned, add the carrot and cook the vegetables for another 2-3 minutes, until the carrot becomes soft.

4. Add the eggs, salt, black pepper, mix and after 30 seconds remove the pan from the heat. Allow the filling to cool.

5. Wallpaper the shredder with foil, transfer the shredder and distribute it evenly, keeping little space on the edges. You need to get a rectangular countertop about 1 cm thick.

6. Then spread the filling evenly, keeping little space on the edges.

7. Roll a roll, using foil, and wrap it in foil.

Advice. If the ends of the roll are not completely covered with foil, do not worry.

8. Transfer the roll to the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 50 minutes.

9. Remove the roll, remove the foil and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.

10. Allow the roll to cool and you can cut it into slices.

These simple and tasty recipes will definitely become your source of inspiration!
