Welcome to my virtual kitchen. My name is Laura and through this blog I want to present you the networks I have tried.
I have always loved to cook and I must admit that it is an ideal method of relaxation and "escape". Ever since I knew myself, I was sitting between my mother's legs in the kitchen, so from here you will realize the load of soul between me and my dishes :) I remember that I adored the enticing smell that accompanied me and my mother during the cooking stages.
I like to experiment and I never follow a recipe from head to toe or I change my mind, I start something and something else comes out. but what I can guarantee is that my dishes are unique every time and much appreciated by my loved ones for now :)
"Cooking" is no longer a simple hobby or occupation, because you have to eat and live. no, we all know that it is art and it is perhaps one of the oldest arts, so I will give it the necessary significance and tell you that everything I do is done with passion and because of this I like to go through all stages of preparation of a preparation. I don't like to make my work in the kitchen a lot easier, I can say that I "suffer" for each dish :)) Most of the time I prefer to do as much as I can manually, not to use the kitchen appliances. It is a pleasure for me to prepare, from A to Z, a dish.

Potatoes can be cooked in so many ways that I can never get bored of them.

We used to call them potatoes with eggs, so that's what I called the recipe.
For baked potatoes with eggs we need:
& # 8211 12-13 smaller potatoes
& # 8211 4 eggs
& # 8211 1 teaspoon sea salt
& # 8211 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
& # 8211 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
& # 8211 1 teaspoon garlic powder
& # 8211 1 teaspoon dried parsley
& # 8211 2 tablespoons butter to grease the pan
Preparation Baked potatoes with eggs
Wash the potatoes well and boil them with the peel in salted water. We check with a fork if they are cooked (they do not have to be super cooked and very soft).
Drain the water and let it cool a little so that we can hold it in our hands to clean it. After cleaning them, we put them through the large grater.
Break the eggs in a bowl and mix well with a fork and add all the spices.
Grease the pan with a thick layer of butter and place the grated potatoes. We pour beaten eggs over the potatoes, taking care to put them everywhere. We can use a spoon.
Put in the preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 35-40 minutes, the top should be browned.

Baked potatoes with cheese
Peel a squash, grate it and boil it in salted water.
When cooked, cut into thin slices.
Beat the eggs well and mix with the cream. It matches the salt.
In a well-greased pan, place a row of potatoes, sprinkle a little grated cheese, then a row of potatoes again, and sprinkle the cheese again.
Repeat this operation until all the potatoes and all the cheese are added.
Pour the beaten eggs and mix with the cream on top, add a little salt and spread the pieces of butter on the whole surface.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot as a steak garnish with pickles or tzatziki sauce.

Roast the recipe for grated french fries
Roast the recipe for grated french fries. A kind of fasting bacon made of raw potatoes, without eggs or cheese. Americans call them hash browns. Flat meatballs from grated potatoes. A simple and tasty Swiss recipe.
What are rösti and how is it prepared? They can also be a tasty garnish with roast meats but also with spinach food with mesh eggs.
These french fries have their origins in the region of Bern (Switzerland). It is a simple, unpretentious food, typically alpine. Some consider it the national way of Switzerland. In the meantime, these rösti have become internationally known, being served in restaurants around the world. In America they are called hash browns and are made in a triangular shape or small discs.
The basic recipe is made only with raw potatoes grated on a large grater and fried in a pan with a little hot oil. Of course, there are variations on the theme, rösti can be ennobled with various grated cheeses, pieces of ham or even beaten eggs. Some recipes provide for the use of boiled potatoes in their skins, as in Bucovina bacon.
And the seasoning can vary: from simple salt to smoked paprika, cumin, herbs, onions or garlic, etc. Rösti can be fried both in large pans (18-30 cm) and in individual pans (10-12 cm). They look really good and so small. They can also be put in a pan in the form of a large disc (like a pancake) or in small piles & # 8211 resulting in mini rösti, similar to hash browns.
Roast potatoes should be fried or saladed (not floury) so as not to absorb too much oil from the pan. Such potatoes can be found in supermarkets, ready sorted according to their type.
My mother used to make a version of rösti flour in the & # 821780: she put 2-3 beaten eggs with salt, pepper and 1-2 cloves of garlic over the french fries. They come out really good! Like a tortilla that is cut into slices after frying.
If you eat them simple they are a kind of post. Those who do not fast can mix vegetable oil with a little lard or even butter. These will give an extra flavor to the dish.
From the quantities below it results approx. 4 servings of rösti (garnish) or 2 servings as a stand-alone kind.
